The products I ordered have all arrived. However I have a few gripes with SleepPro. The toothbrush took 4 weeks to arrive. I phoned SleepPro twice and my calls immediately went to a voice-recorder. I left messages asking for information. My calls were not returned.
My mouth-guard developed some green patches which I could not clean off. I used the SleepPro facility to ask a question about this and submitted it weeks ago. I have not received a reply.
So it seems to me that the communication from Sleeppro needs serious attention. Simply to be told that the toothbrush would be another 3 weeks would have helped.
