According to my O2 ring I get more consistently good results with CPAP but results with the mandibular device are still within the acceptable range. As a sleep apnea sufferer I hoped this device would fill the CPAP gap when not at home, that goal has been fulfilled. So much so I ordered a spare.
I like it so much I used it at home along with my cpap machine. The nature of this device holds my jaw forward which means the mask fits better, and if I rip off my CPAP mask during the night, I still have protection via this device.
It's an excellent fit, it hugs every tooth and both top and bottom gums. While I'd like to take some credit for making awesome moulds, the reality is that the home moulding kit is pretty much fool proof.

Although I was somewhat nervous about the various moulds/putties etc..required to create the guard it was really quite straightforward with really clear instructions leading to a good fit.
After a week I was able to sleep through with the mouth guard in place all night, a much more comfortable and lightweight product than the other guard that I tried before supplied by a different company.
If I leave it behind on trips away I rather miss it!

I’ve tried a bunch of ‘snore guards’ and the sleeppro custom fit is the best one I have found - in terms of function, robustness, value, ease of cleaning and comfort (it took me a few days to get used to). Hi, the mouthpiece was a good fit although I had to trim a bit off the lower left corner as it rubbed a bit and woke me me up at first.
I find it very easy to use and due to the suction it stays in place.
Makes me breathe through my nose very well, no open mouth snoring.

This is the best mandibular advancing device I have ever used. The fit and retention is superb. There is no adjustment mechanism which means the whole thing is much thinner and far less obtrusive than other appliances I’ve used. When I’ve worn it there’s no discomfort the morning after which I’ve experienced with appliances.The fact you take your own impression and send it to a laboratory means it is far less expensive than using a dentist and the retention/fit is brilliant. I have been using Sleep Pro for quiet a few years. My snoring was so bad I was referred to hospital. The Consultant there had been working in Australia were they take snoring more serious and he recommended the Sleep Pro. It cut my snoring by around 80% and cut out completely snoring like a hippo.

I ordered a SleepPro Custom Mouthpiece and found it too bulky plus it became loose after a few weeks so I contacted Paul and asked him if I could have one made of different thinner lighter material. Since receiving my “bespoke” mouthpiece I have found it more comfortable to wear plus it stays in place. These are so much better from other mandipulars I have tried. They are less bulky and so much more comfier to wear. I had to trim one of mine slightly, which proved quite easy to do after I asked advice. Communication is spot on if you have any queries. Firstly, the customer service from Paul and his team is incredible - think 'local high-street shop' from 40 years ago and you'll get an idea of the personal levels of dedication that this company go to, to get things right. I have very worn front teeth and Paul recommended a harder playing Sleepro custom model ; after a few weeks, it was making my mouth numb and he exchanged it without quibble.. And promptly too! I have a sleep mat under my mattress which tracks a lot of metrics. The highlights are as follows: my snoring has reduced by 90%...and the times I do snore, it's just a small buzz and not (and I quote the missus here) "a lumberjack attacking a 500 years old tree"; my sleep apnea has gone from severe (50-60 episodes of breathing issues per hour) to 'moderate'...averaging around 16 p/hour - quite often, when I don't drink alcohol). I'm in the green of below 15; my restful phases of sleep and resting heartbeat are so, so improved and I wake refreshed... And so does my partner! All in all, a fantastic purchase, 5***** for service and a solution to a problem that was literally keeping me awake at night! Buy with confidence!

If you follow the instructions closely, this product comes out great. I reheated the offset part several times to get it just right, and slept with that for a few nights to make sure it was correct; mouthpiece turned out excellent and has reduced my snoring considerably.

Needed a mandibular device to help with my sleep apnoea. Paul at Sleep Pro made it for me. With a perfect fit, I sleep well now. Had to depend on the NHS for previous devices and was often told that they cost the NHS £500 each time. Sleep Pro devices cost a fraction of that. We searched for over 18 months (with the attending sleep loss) to find a mouthpiece that would fit my wife's narrow palate. We tried at least 5 of the available boil-and-bite solutions out there (including yours). None were satisfactory, until we tried your full custom one. Perfect! Please stay in business.
In a side note, due to the shipping times from the U.K. to the US, the fitting putties were well beyond your stated use by time. In fact, one set was almost a month old and still worked fine. Just a field observation.

Long history of snoring/mild sleep apnea. Finally I had a sleep study done at the Drexel University Pulmonary Medicine clinic in 2014 (Philadelphia, PA). They recommended a SleepPro appliance and I have been using these ever since. Previously I would stop breathing and wake myself up (if my wife did not kick me first).
