I only received 1 of the 2 mouth guards I ordered. I rang and left a message and am still waiting for the other unit 1 month later. The guard itself is of poor quality, but that is not down to the supplier. However, I will not recommend them to supply anything on the basis that they still haven't posted the missing guard or acknowledged my call.

Terrible! Do not order, waste of money. The guard does not mould to your teeth, it’s huge and if you tried to sleep in it you’d likely choke on it!

There is no way for this to remain in place on either upper or lower teeth, it is completely loose despite following instructions several times and still it is completely unusable

I'd been using an alternative bruxguard from the start of wearing one but when I went to order another one I couldn't do so directly from the supplier only thru a very large 3rd party online retail website that I never buy from.
So I looked elsewhere found this one and I'm glad I did so, they are less chunky than my old ones and feel less intrusive in the mouth.
Based on the first couple of months of usage I'll be buying them again

The mould worked fantastically and the first few nights I wore the guard it felt extremely comfortable. However, after about three / four days, plastic started to flake off and into my mouth, which I'd then swallow in the night. For this reason I would be hesitant to repurchase.

Genuinely brilliant. I had one molded by the dentist but these are so much better. They mold so well and it takes two minutes max to do the molding. I grind heavily through the entire night and these have held up so well. Perfectly comfortable, i very quickly got used to wearing them and now can't sleep without one. Full marks. Recommended

I'd previously purchased a custom made mouthguard, that has now worn out so I thought I'd try one of the ready made boil and bite versions this time as the description said that it was made from the same materials as the custom one. Unfortunately it is very very thick so it is pretty uncomfortable and it appears to have been made for a child as it's so narrow and doesn't fit over any of your rear teeth! I'm continuing to use it however and will think about getting a different one when this one starts to wear.

Excellent product, snug fit without being too tight. Very comfortable to wear, almost don't feel as if you are actually earing it. Material feels a bit thin but this is what I ordered. Time will tell how good it lasts. Good customer service.

Was having tension headaches and realised I was clenching my jaw . I have had a mouth guard ( expensive) from the dentist previously for prevention of teeth grinding so tried this and it seems to be effective . No headache since using it!

It's pretty comfortable, and not intrusive. I would ask if the edges could be rolled or rounded, as they dig into my tongue and lips a bit, though.

Sadly this wasn't for me. I tried to follow instructions but when I removed it from the hot water it partially stuck together and I wasn't able to unstick it. In addition it was too long and when I I tried to use it the ends were touching the back of my throat causing me to gag. I tried shortening it by cutting the ends off but still found it uncomfortable and not very secure, I was concerned it would fall back and choke me when I went to sleep so I gave up and threw it away.
