This is a very very good design.
The soft material moulds easily to tooth shapes and the trays provide strength. Inevitably this makes them a little bit bulky so it's harder to keep mouth closed but they do keep their shape and function (Unlike other designs.)

The bottom set of teeth were slightly off set to the left and i had jaw ache in the morning but snoring did not occur.

The first guard was very uncomfortable and placed too much strain on my upper bridge to feel safe to wear. You sent me another made of softer material but I couldn't feel any difference. I have send both guards back because you offered to reset the amount of lower jaw movement to help the issue. To date I have been unable to use the guard but your after sales has been extremely good, you have tried to help but am now awaiting the return of the adjusted guard to see if it is usable.

I feel it helps with snoring. I am a very light sleeper and struggle with sleeping with it.
Could it be made smaller, and safer.
The initial pack and instructions were good, would be better with video of how to assemble etc. some people dont learn very well from text.
my issue is apnea. and i returned the cpap as i couldnt cope with it. the mouthpiece I gave a try. Overall for me i think its a fail. It is stressing my teeth, and i struggle to sleep with it. But it definitely eliminates the snoring during the periods i sleep.
Finally the situation between sending goods between ireland and uk, adds extra taxes on my costs. makes the mouthpiece very expensive. I think it probably works for people for me i think i will revisit CPAP

very good process, kit arrived and moulded teeth for it to be sent off. Sleep pro arrived however in use I found it quite tight and as i tend to grind teeth at night had some discomfort, I feel that it is a little too tight on my teeth.

After the initial mishap of my dog chewing my first device after only 3 days use (lesson learned keep it way out of dog reach). I find the sleepro has made a difference to the severity of my snoring. I did find initially that it made my teeth feel slightly odd as it holds the lower jaw forward. But I soon got used to that and find I don’t notice it as much now and can sleep through with no issues.

I’ve been wearing my appliance for a week. It’s tight. Consequently my teeth hurt when I remove it, but only for a few minutes. I manage to keep it in and I’m sure my sleep quality has improved. I sleep alone so I haven’t got anyone to comment. I’ll certainly continue to wear it.

Recently diagnosed sleepapnea and have been given a CPAP machine to use, wchi I just couldn't get on with.
Searched everywhere online for an alternative and came across SleepPro.
This mouthgaurd has really improved my sleep and my wife is much happier sleeping next to me as my snooring has significantly reduced. She has noticed continuous breathing when I'm sleeping, which is a great releif to her and myself!

I had been using a non-customised device for around 6 months, and whilst it did work, it was uncomfortable and I dribbled - not a good look! I was advised to use a semi customised device by the sleep clinic, with this brand as one to look at. The moulding of the device was the most difficult as it kept falling out of my mouth overnight, and it took 3 attempts before I thought that that was the best I was going to get! The tooth impression was a piece of cake! I was sceptical that it would work, considering the difficulties with moulding initially BUT from day one, it fitted like a glove, comfortable to wear and no dribbling! Now the only snoring picked up on my app comes from my husband

I have used my SleepPro custom S2 for about a week now and find it so much more comfortable than other products I had tried. It fits very well, and my lower jaw doesn't fall out of it, as I tend to be a mouth breather when I sleep. I don't wake up as often during the night. I am pleased with this product and would recommend it. Thanks to my friend who recommended it to me!

The moldeling process is pretty complicated and I had to do the first part several time to get a somehow appropriate result.
The fact that the mouthpiece is one-piece does not allow later adjustement for the forward jaw position. This does not help (I think that mine is not as forward as it should)
Concerning the positive aspects:
-Breathing is much easier with this 1-piece product than the 2-piece one I used before
-It seems also more resistant

Got this about 6 weeks ago after trying various revolting nose sprays and clips. Process to get moulds done was easy. Slightly more fiddly with the temporary one to adjust to wearing a few nights and get the imprint deep enough to move jaw into new position.
The finished product came about a week later and took s few nights to get used to but was alot less bulky than I expected! I tested the before and after results using Snore lab app and it's huge! Went from half the night on 'epic' to light or no snoring for weeks of full 8 hours.
Also, I have a fixed brace on the back of my teeth and this caused no issues either!
Definitely buying again when this one wears out!

The mouthpiece fits over the teeth perfectly but does not adjust the lower jaw position enough to be effective. All the previous models of devices I've ordered from Sleep Pro have worked better because of the jaw alignment.
Also - I sent a note weeks ago asking about taking advantage of getting a second mouthpiece at the special offered price of 80 Euro (assuming we can fix the above mentioned issue) and I have never received a response.

The guard itself is good quality and well made. Because you take proper impressions at home, the finished product fits the mouth well.
The first device sent out to me never arrived. The company responded very well to this, made another and sent it out. Excellent service.
The problem for me is it doesn't help my sleep apnoea. The guard stays in my mouth, which is a move forward over previous guards, but I still get lots of episodes each night.
It isn't cheap, especially compared to other similar guards so I was expecting good things, but it didn't work out for me.

My husband had a mouth piece made through the hospital sleep clinic about 10 years+ ago.
They discovered that his snoring was caused from the fact that his jaw dropped back when he slept. It was amazing I had many years of wonderfull sleep. When it finally broke beyond repair, our gp referred him back to the hospital, only to find out that they where no longer available from nhs.
So, we have had year of self moulds, and even a weird thing made by our dentist, all of which where hit and miss for short periods of time.
I discovered Sleep Pro Custom on the internet and thought it was worth a try.
OMG.... It is amazing!! nights are now totally peaceful. Sleep is the best I've had for years.
My husband says its much more comfortable than the origanal one he had. I've just taken advantage of the offer and ordered a second one.

The process for creating the moulds was clear and straightforward. In short time, I had received my custom mouthpiece which fits perfectly, doesn't move at night and (so my wife tells me) has minimised my snoring. Ordered a custom mouth guard after had the previous ones made for free at the local hospital.This service was now not available on the NHS .The quoted cost at a local dentist was about £300.00.
I found making the initial mould unusual but after studying the instructions it turned out fine.
I was a bit unsure about the quality and fit of the item before it arrived ,however i need not have worried.The item fit perfectly and was very comfortable to wear.
After a few days trial i noticed i was still snoring and felt the lower jaw portion need to be extended more .
I expressed my concerns to sleeppro and they agreed to remake my mouth guard for free.
I did not expect this great level of service .
The new mouth guard works superbly ,so i ordered a spare at discounted price .
I would highly recommend this firm .Items took a while to be delivered but in times of COVID lock down it was expected .
