How does it work?

How to reduse snoring in three easy steps:

1. Unwrap your sleepPro Easifit mouth-piece and check the Instructions
2. Mould it to the shape of your jaw using the ‘boil and bite’ technology
3. Wear it when going to bed, and get ready for an evening with less snoring

‘Boil and bite’: How does it work?

Boil and bite technology has helped us to produce a low cost, effective solution for snorers of all shapes and sizes. The technology lets you mould the mouthpiece to the shape of your jaw so that it fits snugly throughout the night and stays in place.

Cost-Effective Treatment

A COST-EFFECTIVE TREATMENT FOR SNORING THAT ACTUALLY WORKS

The SleepPro EasiFit is a self-fit anti-snoring mouthpiece that costs a fraction of a custom dentist-fitted device. It's simple to fit and adjust at home, and most users notice a difference from the first night.

The EasiFit uses proven boil-and-bite technology, so it moulds to your own bite for a comfortable, adjustable fit. A SleepPro Custom offers the highest level of comfort and effectiveness, but many customers find the EasiFit reduces their snoring without needing a bespoke, individually formed appliance.

New AM Technology

EASIFIT IS NOW ALSO AVAILABLE IN AN ANTI-MICROBIAL VERSION – EASIFIT AM THE AM VERSION WILL LAST LONGER AND HELP PROTECT YOU FROM GERMS.

This antimicrobial (AM) technology helps keep your SleepPro mouthpiece cleaner and fresher between cleans, while protecting the surface of the appliance so it holds a comfortable fit for longer.

The treatment adds an antimicrobial finish to the surface of the device, which inhibits the growth of microbes on the material itself. By reducing that surface build-up, it helps keep the appliance hygienic between cleans and supports the working life of the product.

Long-Term Dental Care

Long-Term Dental Care & Morning Jaw Exercises

Mandibular advancement devices work by gently holding the lower jaw forward during sleep. This can be very effective for suitable users, but long-term use should be monitored as part of your normal dental care.

Why dental check-ups matter

Over time, any mandibular advancement device may affect how your teeth meet when you bite. In some users, this can include small changes in tooth position, bite contact, or jaw comfort.

Regular dental check-ups help ensure that:

  • Your teeth and gums remain healthy

  • Any bite changes are noticed early

  • The device continues to fit comfortably

  • Pressure points, looseness, or wear can be dealt with promptly

If you have gum disease, loose teeth, untreated decay, crowns, bridges, implants, jaw joint problems, or ongoing dental pain, please speak to your dentist before using a mandibular advancement device.

Morning jaw exercises

After wearing the device overnight, your jaw may temporarily feel slightly forward or your bite may feel different. Simple morning jaw movements can help your jaw return to its usual resting position.

After removing the device, gently:

  1. Open and close your mouth several times

  2. Move your jaw from side to side

  3. Bite together lightly to re-establish your normal bite

  4. Follow any specific exercises or advice given by your dentist

Some users may also be advised by their dentist to use a morning repositioning splint.

Important note

A mandibular advancement device is not intended to replace professional dental or medical advice. For long-term use, we recommend routine dental check-ups so your dentist can monitor your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw comfort.

    Reasonably comfortable and works well

It made me gag. I couldn’t keep it in my mouth for more than a few seconds at a time. So I never really got to see the benefit.

I struggle to get on with it so haven't used it recently.

I find it very difficult to fit?do you think that boiling water for a lot longer would help.

The device is quite chunky and I was unable to bite down on it to get the shape of my mouth.

Easy process from ordering to receiving goods , would use again .

Took a few times to mold to fit properly. Stops me snoring but have very sensitive teeth after wearing. Not a permanent fix. Shame

The device didn't have any decreasing effect on my snoring. Further I found it hard to persist with, as created so much saliva and find it hard to swallow with device in mouth.

I didn’t take to it at all. An expensive mistake. The plastic is very thick and fills your mouth. I should have gone for a cheaper version elsewhere.

Comfortable to mould and wear and does its job

    Commentary in video voiceover.
When I first made it from the blank supplied, I was unable to get a sufficient forward projection of the lower jaw.
Since then it has become extremely rough all over, including on surfaces only in contact with the inside of my lips. The surface is pitted and no longer feels smooth as it did when supplied.
In comparison with another mouthpiece I have, this fails to deliver much of a reduction in snores and does not appear to address sleep apnoea at all.

I followed the instructions to the letter allowed the mouth piece to cool the specified time and it still caused it to go hard and rough. Re doing the process made no difference a complete waste of money!

Consistently good. Had several of these, tried alternatives but always come back to these.

I bought the SleepPro Easifit Stop Snoring Mouthpiece for my husband, which he used a couple of times and it did reduce snoring sound by about 50%. However my husband refuses to use the mouthpiece again, complaining about experiencing jaw pain when wearing the mouthpiece.

The plastic seems like the wrong material. It's very thick and after a while the moulding has become loose. I tried to remould it but it has just gone rough and softer than it was. Feel like it is overpriced for the above reasons.

First time I try something like this. Not "bad" but keeps falling out of my mouth! so I would say it works 50% of the night or something like that..

Overall it's been the only thing that makes a notable difference to my snoring. It's a bit annoying to get started with and isn't very comfortable, but this one is mainly designed for you to try it out I suppose! It hurts your teeth which is a bit disconcerting but apparently this goes away with time.

I purchased this device after reading reports about it. I wanted something that would curtail my snoring and keeping the wife awake. Unfortunately for me it never worked and after several attempts I gave up.

It is quite uncomfortable to wear and takes some getting used to. In terms of efficacy, if the user manages to keep their mouth closed all night it does reduce the volume of snoring. However if their mouth opens up while they sleep and the device is dislodged the snoring is still very loud...

Was great for the first few days, then started falling out. Remoulded it several times, but didn't help, just kept falling off my teeth.

    Poor product.
