I actually couldn't be happier with the service and the product. The instructions were clear and the moulds easy to make. It was scary for a minute trying to get the putty and moulds out of my mouth, I was salivating all over the place and laughing so much. The product that arrived was surprisingly slimline, light weight and comfortable. I could sleep in them no problem. No issues whatsoever.

Very impressed with the quality and fit. Thank you…….I did take time with the initial instructions to ensure an ‘effective’ imprint. It’s as comfortable as it could be for wearing something in the mouth overnight and after 4-5 uses so far, no sight of slacking. Would highly recommend and a considerate length of time before review requested which is much appreciated.

Fantasy service from this company I cannot recommend them enough. I already have a shield for my bottom teeth which is so comfortable to wear.

Unbelievably Impressed! Was a little skeptical buying whitening guards off the internet as I wasn't sure what the quality would be like, and how I would make the impressions (I have previously got my whitening trays from my dentist, however was doing these for my mum).
Communication throughout the whole process was reassuring, I received emails when my order had been dispatched and when they had received my molds back. When I emailed the team for some help with the molds the response was also fast.
Received the molds via Royal Mail Signed For - really impressed with the quality of the whitening trays - they are exactly like the ones I have from the dentist!
The videos on the website are also really helpful if you're not sure/worried about creating the molds.

Ordered teeth whitening trays, found the video very helpful when taking an 'impression'.
Trays arrived fitted well . It did take about 2 weeks turn around but delay in delivery was mentioned at ordering.
Have also used before, I have ordered a night guard ,again good product and service would definitely recommend .

The first impression kit I've received was too big for my mouth so I've been given a smaller kit + putty at no extra cost for postage. I have been using the trays for teeth whitening and they worked really well and are very comfortable. Customer service very helpful too.

Product fits snug to my teeth and is surprisingly comfortable once it has been worn a couple times. Delivery was within the time stated and the process of making the initial moulds wasn't difficult with the informative videos and instruction manual. Would buy again.
