Shipping policy

Items that qualify for free shipping are  sent by first class Royal Mail, large letter or small parcel rate. We aim to ship the same working day or within 1 working day depending on the time of day orders are received.

Express or tracked services are available in the cart prior to making payment.

Express shipping is shipped within 1 working day of receipt of order and  is sent Royal Mail Special delivery by 1pm the first working day after shipping. Tracking details will be provided by email when your item is shipped.

Express shipping can be pre-paid  for finished items (night guards, mouthpieces etc) when completed your order will be shipped by Royal Mail Special delivery by 1pm the first working day after completion. Tracking details will be provided by email when your item is shipped. This does not provide express manufacture, just express shipping when completed to ensure safe delivery.

Our normal shipping of completed items is by Royal Mail first class, large letter or small parcel, signed for.

Please be aware once in the hands of the postal service we have no control over the actual delivery, particularly during seasonal postal peaks (Christmas) and the additional delays caused by COVID impacted sorting offices. 

We are happy to reship and replace any lost items, but please allow at least 14 days to elapse before requesting a new shipment. This allows delayed items due to COVID to work their way through the system.

Clients are responsible for the postage of impressions back to us for manufacture. We do not have a Freepost or prepaid postage return service for impressions.

Items received without postage will be processed but we will issue an invoice to recover postal charges plus a handling fee of £1.50
