This subscription auto-renews indefinitely with no fixed end date – it will continue until you decide to cancel. There is no trial period for this service; all shipments are part of a paid subscription. This policy is designed to be flexible and user-friendly, allowing you to cancel or adjust your subscription at any time without fees or penalties, in accordance with SleepPro’s standard terms and UK consumer laws.

Subscription Plan Options

We offer flexible subscription intervals to suit your needs. Upon subscribing, you will choose one of the following billing and delivery frequencies for your SleepPro 1.5 Slimline Night Guard:

  • Every 3 Months: A new night guard is delivered every 3 months.

  • Every 6 Months: A new night guard is delivered every 6 months.

  • Every 12 Months: A new night guard is delivered once per year.

Each interval represents the billing period for the subscription.   • Failed Payments: If a payment fails (for example, due to an expired card), we will notify you and attempt to re-bill. If we cannot process a payment, we may pause your subscription until the issue is resolved to ensure you won’t miss a delivery. No late fees or penalties will be applied; however, your next delivery might be delayed until payment is completed.

  • Pricing Changes: If the price of the SleepPro 1.5 Slimline Night Guard changes, we will inform you in advance. You will have the opportunity to review any pricing changes and can decide to continue or cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.   • No Minimum Commitment: There is no minimum number of deliveries or commitment period. You can sign up and, if it’s not right for you, cancel after your first shipment or any time thereafter. You’re in control.

  • Compliance: This auto-renewing subscription model follows UK laws and guidelines for consumer contracts. We provide clear information upfront about how and when your plan renews, how to cancel, and your rights (including cooling-off rights).   • Skip a Delivery: If you find you don’t need your next night guard as soon (for example, your current one is still in good condition), you can skip the upcoming shipment. Skipping will delay your next charge and delivery by one interval. Your subscription then resumes normally. For instance, if you’re on a 3-month plan and choose to skip, your next delivery will come at the 6-month mark instead, and billing will resume at that time. Skipping does not incur any fees.

  • Pause (Temporarily Suspend): You may also pause your subscription for a longer period if needed (for example, pause indefinitely until you reactivate). While paused, you will not receive any shipments or charges. You can reactivate (un-pause) whenever you’re ready, picking up where you left off. This gives you flexibility if you want to take a break without fully cancelling. There is no charge to pause or resume a subscription.

  • Reschedule Delivery Date: Need your next night guard a bit sooner or later than scheduled? You can bring forward or push back the next shipment date. We allow rescheduling of the next delivery within reasonable limits – just adjust the date in your account or contact our team. This will also adjust your billing date accordingly. When you subscribe, your first shipment will be a fully paid order for a custom-made Slimline Night Guard (including the self-impression kit and the resulting device). We do not provide sample products or trial use before billing. Why? Because each night guard is custom-made to your dental impression, we incur the full cost of manufacturing from the start. However, we stand behind our product’s quality and comfort. While there isn’t a trial period, if you encounter any issues, our support team will work with you to make it right (see Returns and Refunds below for more on fit and satisfaction policies).

Returns and Refunds

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your SleepPro 1.5 Slimline Night Guard. However, due to the personal and custom-made nature of this product, there are important limitations on returns. This subscription service adheres to SleepPro’s standard Returns and Refund Policy, summarized here for your convenience:

  • 14-Day Cooling-Off (Subscription Cancellation): Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. While comfort issues alone (absent a defect) may not qualify for a refund (due to the custom nature), we will make every effort to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

  • How to Request a Return/Refund: To initiate a return or report an issue, please email our support team at info@sleeppro.com with your order details and concern. We will respond with the next steps (including return instructions if applicable). Do not send a product back without contacting us first, as we need to confirm the return eligibility and proper address (which is our UK facility for returns).

Through your account, you can manage all aspects of your subscription as described above. It is your responsibility to keep your account information (especially your delivery address, email, and payment details) up to date so that we can fulfill your orders and contact you as needed.

Emails and Notifications: We will use email to send you important updates about your subscription, such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, renewal reminders (for long-term intervals), payment issues (if any), and any changes to terms or pricing. By subscribing, you agree to receive these operational emails. We promise not to spam you – these communications will be relevant to your subscription.
