Mandibular advancement devices work by gently holding the lower jaw forward during sleep. This can be very effective for suitable users, but long-term use should be monitored as part of your normal dental care.
Why dental check-ups matter
Over time, any mandibular advancement device may affect how your teeth meet when you bite. In some users, this can include small changes in tooth position, bite contact, or jaw comfort.
Regular dental check-ups help ensure that:

Morning jaw exercises
After wearing the device overnight, your jaw may temporarily feel slightly forward or your bite may feel different. Simple morning jaw movements can help your jaw return to its usual resting position.
After removing the device, gently:

Open and close your mouth several times

Move your jaw from side to side

Bite together lightly to re-establish your normal bite

Follow any specific exercises or advice given by your dentist
Some users may also be advised by their dentist to use a morning repositioning splint.

My partner noticed that my snoring reduced a lot, I still have some problems finding the right fit and adjustment, sometimes I loose it in my sleep,plus excess salivation. Anyway it's my first device I will find my way, for sure, to optimaze its use.

I have tried several different products of anti-snoring mouth guard and finally met this sleep pro female version. The silicone material is soft n flexible. It is comfortable and instantly relief me from snoring. It allows me to sleep with comfort and convenient. Its compact size with the case keep it clean and handy to bring to travel too. I am happy with sleep pro as it really helps to improve my sleep and rested well.

I've used you mouthpieces for many years. I chose this one because it looked slightly smaller for women. I sometimes find the standard one a bit too thick. However the pink mouthpiece is very poor quality. It doesn't keep in shape at all. I ordered two and now I'm going to have to reorder the standards ones. Complete waste of money

I just can't get it to grip inspire of doing the hot water around 8 times so my bottom jaw just moves backwards to the starting position when I sleep. I think I need to get a dentist to do one for me.

It took me 2 or 3 goes to get mouthguard completely comfortable and working properly but remoulding in hot water is easy.
Reduction in snoring was astonishing - almost 100%. Can finally sleep in the same room as my husband.
Pros: Easy to clean with a toothbrush.
Great case for travel.
Lightweight.
Cons: Teeth and jaw are very tender at first. This gets better.
Dry mouth - have to wake up fully to remove guard to drink water in the night.
Despite these negatives, I can’t recommend the mouthguard highly enough.

I had bought a previous device that softened and molded to my mouth. I bought the pink as I have a small bite. I followed instructions to mold it after left in boiling hot water for 2 min. It did not soften at all. A few days later I tried again. This time I left it in the hot water for 5 min. This time it softened a little but not enough to mold to my teeth and only made a slight impression. It doesn’t work at all for me

I bought this because specifically for women and smaller in size. It’s an easier fit in the mouth however much more flimsy than others I’ve tried so loses shape quickly and falls out during the night. Would not buy again.

I didnt quite get it right the first time I moulded it. But after the 2nd attempt I got it and I apparently haven't snored since!! It's a little uncomfortable but you do get used to it...and trying to talk with it in is quite hilarious! When I have more money I'd like to upgrade to the custom one.

I had the standard size blue sleep pro before. I prefer it a lot more.
I do not like the feel/shape of this one. I'm using it because I have to. But will look for an alternative soon.

After years of putting my husband through torture thinking I would always snore and there isn't a cure, I'm happy to say I was wrong, THIS WORKS! My husband thought I'd died in my sleep because I was so quiet!!! I recommend to everyone who ever mentions snoring.

Even you follow instructions how to mould to yer mouth and follow instructions. It will not stay in place the whole night the plastic is still quite hard
