Excellent product helps to keep my sleep guard in good working order
Based on the long-established and proven SleepPro EasiFit, the SleepPro Sleep Tight is available worldwide after gaining FDA clearance in the USA.
If you're looking for something easy to adjust that offers a tighter but still very comfortable fit, the SleepPro Sleep Tight is a strong choice.
The Sleep Tight uses proven boil-and-bite technology, so it moulds to your own bite for a comfortable, adjustable fit. A SleepPro Custom offers the highest level of comfort and effectiveness, but many customers find the Sleep Tight reduces or stops their snoring without needing a bespoke, individually formed appliance.
How to stop snoring in three easy steps:
1. Unwrap your sleepPro Sleep Tight mouthpiece and check the instructions
2. Mould it to the shape of your jaw using the ‘boil and bite’ technology
3. Wear it when going to bed, and get ready for a snore-free evening
‘Boil and bite’: How does it work?
Boil and bite technology has helped us to produce a low cost, effective solution for snorers of all shapes and sizes. The technology lets you mould the mouthpiece to the shape of your jaw so that it fits snugly throughout the night and stays in place.
Please note: You will only need to do the moulding process once!

Mandibular advancement devices work by gently holding the lower jaw forward during sleep. This can be very effective for suitable users, but long-term use should be monitored as part of your normal dental care.
Over time, any mandibular advancement device may affect how your teeth meet when you bite. In some users, this can include small changes in tooth position, bite contact, or jaw comfort.
Regular dental check-ups help ensure that:
Your teeth and gums remain healthy
Any bite changes are noticed early
The device continues to fit comfortably
Pressure points, looseness, or wear can be dealt with promptly
If you have gum disease, loose teeth, untreated decay, crowns, bridges, implants, jaw joint problems, or ongoing dental pain, please speak to your dentist before using a mandibular advancement device.
After wearing the device overnight, your jaw may temporarily feel slightly forward or your bite may feel different. Simple morning jaw movements can help your jaw return to its usual resting position.
After removing the device, gently:
Open and close your mouth several times
Move your jaw from side to side
Bite together lightly to re-establish your normal bite
Follow any specific exercises or advice given by your dentist
Some users may also be advised by their dentist to use a morning repositioning splint.
A mandibular advancement device is not intended to replace professional dental or medical advice. For long-term use, we recommend routine dental check-ups so your dentist can monitor your teeth, gums, bite, and jaw comfort.
